This Dealership was a very pleasent experience for us. I am a Kia customer since 2006. I will say that is my 3rd purchase from Kia and what amazing, professional staff they here in Ocala Fl. I received a call from Jamie Fielding to come in to discuss my trade in. The experience was excellent, courteous and professional. I met Guy Rodas also who is awesome at his Job and together Jamie and Guy did their best to get us the best deal and experience we could ask for. We also met Fabio that explained the details of our car functions. Pete in Financing great person as well. Jamie, Guy, Pete & Fabio were just great people that were excellent, courteous and professional at all times. We got a great car and very happy over all. The only thing I will say is I wish they gave me nice new Kia Key chain for my car... LOL Thanks everyone for great service!!! Mr & Mrs Mazzotti. More
