My vehicle was dropped off on 9/1/2025 due to putting me down. I had it towed and received a call the following day to get an idea of what the issue is. After a couple of days and no communication regarding an update or diagnosis, I reached out myself. I left a message for someone to return my call, towards the end of the day I called again as my call was not returned only to be advised that the individual assigned to assist me has left for the day. I called in again on 9/5/2025 to discuss the issue only to be advised my car has not been looked at. At this point I asked could we discuss a loaner for the inconvenience and was denied the option for a loaner. Later that day I was sent a text with an update and potential issue along with a request to approve the work order. I then called in to advise I received the text and asked why I was being billed as my car is under warranty. The employee stated he was not aware my vehicle was under warranty and I asked why that was not looked into prior to sending me a bill. The employee stated he will send it over for approval for warranty purposes. I received a text later that evening stating he has not received any updates regarding the warranty and will not receive one until the following week. Tomorrow will be a week my car has been in the shop and if I had not called in to push the issue, I wonder if my car would have been serviced prior to now. I am extremely disappointed that I have been forced to go without my vehicle for so long with no date insight as to when it will be available. In addition, my vehicle was brought in on 7/25/2025 and I feel it was misdiagnosed and not properly fixed during that time. I am saddened to say I feel I have been mishandled and left to go without transportation and the extreme lack of communication. More

My kids loved the playroom, and having Netflix to keep them entertained was a huge win! We’re very happy with our 2022 Kia Sorento SX. It’s a beautiful SUV, runs smoothly, and really appreciated Brad taking the time to walk me through all the fun features. I know that they can’t help if something goes bad on a new vehicle but with 800 mile on my new car and already I am giving up my time to wait for Kia to fix my new vehicle. Nothing wrong with the service department, I just think that less than 1000 miles and something already broke on this new vehicle. More
