So I went there in march Michael Robin was amazing bought a truck wanted leather but with my budget I couldn’t get a 4x4 with leather so he suggested to save money I can add leather. Had a appointment set for 12. 00. Arrived early and OBED started with check in right away. Was a long wait, 3.5 hrs , but no one's fault . Just the nature of the beast. Running the 00. I scheduled a recall service and was informed that the maintenance required 4.5 hours or more to complete. I arrived and received outstanding service from Zach. I told him I would wait for my vehicle to b maintenance required 4.5 hours or more to complete. I arrived and received outstanding service from Zach. I told him I would wait for my vehicle to be fixed and went to the customer lounge. Zach initiated on his own and checked on a loaner vehicle. He offered me the loaner which I accepted.
