Had a defective seatbelt on my new 2020 Murano and the part was on back order. Was told no telling when the part would be in. When I called Jenkins Nissan I was assisted by Johnnie Dyous, a Service Lane M part was on back order. Was told no telling when the part would be in. When I called Jenkins Nissan I was assisted by Johnnie Dyous, a Service Lane Manager. Johnnie was fantastic! Very professional, polite and caring. He and his service manager after calling around the country were able to locate the part needed and my car was repaired in one day.
