outstanding service I had what i thought was a need for a battery per AAA for my 2017 Rogue. I called Jenkins Nissan and spoke with Chuck Beck - and he could not have b I had what i thought was a need for a battery per AAA for my 2017 Rogue. I called Jenkins Nissan and spoke with Chuck Beck - and he could not have been more helpful, and kind - he suggested I bring the car in to be evaluated. Well I am sure glad I did because I met him as I got out of the car and he told me not to worry they would immediately figure out what the problem was. Then he turned me over to Ronnie Carter and he was excellent as well suggestion I also rotate the tires and he looked up my service records from Boardman Nissan in Boardman Ohio where I bought the car. He quickly moved the car to service technicians and the result was I did not need a battery and the service was quick and efficient. I have been to Jenkins 3-4 times before but this was my best experience. I will recommend your dealership every chance I get - great service period!!! please let Chuck and Ronnie know how much I appreciate their professionalism and kindness - just 10 star service More

The service I received left me breathless. I was beyond impressed. The professionalism, knowledge and superb service that I got. They answered all of my questions. They kept me in the loop regarding my impressed. The professionalism, knowledge and superb service that I got. They answered all of my questions. They kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle. They made sure that I was aware of all promotions and deals they had that helped saved me money. They were welcoming. Even the lady at the service department made sure I was comfortable while I waited for vehicle. They put my mind at ease about servicing my vehicle at a dealership. I wouldn't trust my vehicle, my safety or family's safety in the hands of no one else. Before final delivery she went through the features again and made sure we knew how they worked. We bought the car because of how great and knowledgeable she was. She also set up our Bluetooth with the phones, our garage door openers and the channels on the radio to our likes. Lena truly sold us the car. More

Nissan Frontier, What a great vehicle Cookie and I had a great Sales transaction. WE loved the sturdiness and yet smooth ride of Nissan. This small truck or mid size is one of the last of Cookie and I had a great Sales transaction. WE loved the sturdiness and yet smooth ride of Nissan. This small truck or mid size is one of the last of an uncomplicated PU. I mean this truck is simplicity. And that is why I liked the vehicle. Get in and drive. This vehicle is solid enough to leave Central Florida and make the run to see the gran-kids in Atlanta. The transaction was not complicated Lena and Jason came to terms quickly. It was not the usual hours of negotiation which is what I so dread. The trade in value was more than excellent. It was enjoyable to do the write up on Lena.
