Service was great; very thorough and attentive. My expectations were exceeded. I was kept in the loop on all repairs and given various options on how to proceed. A new car dealership is a new car dealership - a one time experience - but - Jennings service is worth its weight in gold. Dealing with Ken, Chris and Mac is what makes me coming back to Jennings to purchase experience - but - Jennings service is worth its weight in gold. And they understand my language - thingee, whatchmacallit - etc. As a single lady I appreciate their attention to detail. Between oil changes I can go in and have them check my tires. After visiting 3 other Chevy dealerships, Jennings was very refreshing no pressure, no arm twisting experience. We were treated coourteously, Pete went out o his way to answer our questions. We wanted to by a car from Jennings for two reasons. One their customer service is second to none. Two, their sales consultant, Chris Hallengerg is a true professional. He searched and found the new car we their customer service is second to none. Two, their sales consultant, Chris Hallengerg is a true professional. One of the better dealerships I have been to. I got the best price for my trailblazer. When you walk in you are not hounded by saleman. They have a nice indoor drive up and drop off for your car service best price for my trailblazer. When you walk in you are not hounded by saleman. They treat you like a person and that keeps me going back. More
