Mac tells me an hour for the repair and hands me the keys in 45 minutes, both times. I have met three people at your dealership, Mac, Jeff and Jim Walsh. When I walked into the Jennings Chevy dealerships approximately a month ago, I had a m I usually don't write any reviews but I had to write this one. When I walked into the Jennings Chevy dealerships approximately a month ago, I had a million questions, more so than most, and didn't know where to start. In short, I was thinking about purchasing my first truck and not an idea where to start. I finally was approached by a salesman name Alan Stern. I began with firing a bunch of questions right away. After 20 minutes, and this is where it gets good, he sat me down in his office and flat out told me, you are NOT going to buy this truck right now. To say the least, I was completely thrown off. "Seriously?" I ask him. He told me that he quickly picked up that I was in the market for a truck but doing so for the first time. He told me straight up that he wasn't going to let me purchase a vehicle without me being 100% comfortable and set on exactly what I wanted! I was completely thrown off by this and shocked. It honestly felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. So, I politely said thank you, and left feeling great about visiting this dealership. In the end, and three weeks later, I purchased my first truck and absolutely love it. Thank you Alan for everything during this past month!!! More

Chris and Jennings I never thought I'd be driving an American car. I leased a Volt and loved it.
