Best car buying experience I have ever had. 2015 Impala LTZ Having purchased many new cars in the past, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. My Friend Steve Kroes(who has worked at Jennin Having purchased many new cars in the past, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. My Friend Steve Kroes(who has worked at Jennings as a Technician for 30 plus years) suggested this car to me and Introduced me to Adel Ubeid, my salesman. Adel did a fantastic job, he got me the best price possible and got me a fair price for my trade-in. Glen did my financing and obtained a great rate on a 60 month loan. I am usually exhausted after purchasing a new car due to the high pressure sales tactics, the dickering back and forth and having to beg for a fair price for a trade-in. None of this took place on the day I purchased my Impala from Adel and Jennings. When I left the dealership I felt excited about my new car and really enjoyed the way I was treated. It's the first time I enjoyed buying a new vehicle. A very special Thank you to Steve Kroes, Adel Ubeid, Glen and Mr. Jennings. Mr Jennings should be very proud to have these gentlemen as employees. Great Service! I was looking for a specific vehicle and couldn't find anything in Wisconsin so I extended my search to the Chicagoland area.
