When I came to Jennigs, I was shocked by the politeness, courtesy, and respect that I encountered by everyone I dealt with, especially Jake Tamillo and Debbie Ress.First, Jake was very polite and professional and did not pry into my personal life or finances.He did an excellent job in focusing on finding me the car that I wanted.He did a great job at finishing the sale and explainig everything in a timely manner because I was pressed for time and had to get to work.I also extend the same compliment to Debbie who crunched the numbers and honored Jennings internet advertised sale price on the car that I purchased.I would definitely recommend Jennings, Jake, and Debbie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.In summary, their knowledge, honesty, no pressure attitude, and follow-up was perfect. Negotiated a deal for a used car over the phone, site unseen. Adel was incredibly easy to work with and answered every question I had. Probably the most down-to-earth car dealership finance guy I've ever dealt with. I actually felt they both were looking out for my best interests, while still ensuring the success of the business. Too bad I live out-of-state, I'd bring my car in for service without hesitation. More

After visiting many dealerships I just purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox form Chris Hallenberg! I am so happy I made the decision to work with Chris and the Jennings Chevrolet team. When I met Chris I told him I was looking for a midsize SUV but was really not sure what to purchase. I had no intention at that time to purchase a Chevrolet due to my last three vehicles were Chevys and I was ready for a change. Little did I know how Chevrolet had improved since my 2003 Monte Carlo. My husband did not have time to go check out the Equinox with me but last night when I brought it home he was really surprised on how luxurious the SUV is! After driving the Equinox last night I realized it is not only an amazing SUV but also a really safe vehicle. I am looking forward to many years with my Equinox and working with the Jennings team! The customer service I got from the entire team was amazing they held every door open for me, gave me food when I was starving, and every team member gave me a warm friendly smile (not buy a car smile). I felt no pressure and only felt like they wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. Chris even stayed late almost missing his child’s graduation just to make sure I was taken care of. The experience my wife and I had at this dealership is by far the best buying experience we have had purchasing a car. He helped get the price of the car close to the range we were looking to spend although it was little more than we wanted to spend. Lenny assured me that they could work a deal that I would be happy with. Bob was very helpful in making that deal work. He went over different scenarios with me until I was comfortable with the monthly payment. One more thing that needs to be said. The sales floor closed at 9 PM, we didn't finish the paperwork until 10:30 PM. Lenny and Bob seemed to be in no hurry to rush me out the door even though I am sure they had a long day already. Bottom line is, the next time I am in the market for a car, Jennings will be the first place I start looking. Great car low miles. Thank you Jennings Chevrolet/VW. More
