We do understand that a two-hour wait can be frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. That said, Missouri state safety inspections must follow required state procedures, and the inspection is only one part of the service department’s workload. Wait times can vary based on the number of vehicles being serviced, technician availability, and the vehicle's condition when it arrives. We always want to ensure inspections are performed properly rather than rushed simply to reduce wait time. We appreciate your business and your feedback, and we’ll continue working to improve our efficiency while making sure every inspection is completed correctly and in accordance with Missouri requirements.
