Jeremy Franklin has worked in the auto industry for more than a quarter of a century. While working his first job in sales in his family's car business, Jeremy was driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and struck out on his own at the age of 23 and started his own dealership.

There were a few little things I didn't appreciate during my buying experience but nothing that would keep me from coming back. First off, I found out a month after my purchase that my car never had an inspe my buying experience but nothing that would keep me from coming back. First off, I found out a month after my purchase that my car never had an inspection done before me buying it. Which meant when I went in for my complimentary oil change I was informed I also needed brakes, rotors, windshield wipers and cabin filter. They did make it right but just kind of annoying ya know? Like my trust went out the window a bit in the sense that great car and deal I got maybe wasn't so great. Like I said they made it right and I really appreciated it, just grateful it was nothing more and they checked everything out for me. More

My family and I were in desperate need of a vehicle. We were turned down multiple times from other dealerships. After getting a cosigner were were approved. Our sales Agent was Jesse Hardin and I can't We were turned down multiple times from other dealerships. After getting a cosigner were were approved. Our sales Agent was Jesse Hardin and I can't begin to tell you how amazing he was with helping us get into a new car. He worked hard and was kind and understanding through the whole process. I'm not one to leave many reviews for any place I visit but this time I felt the need to say something. I couldn't recommend Jeremy Franklin Mitsubishi and Jesse Hardin for going above and beyond for all of us! More

Jesse, our salesman, was very thorough while we signed all the paperwork and Joshua, our financial person worked very hard and did get us a great rate on our loan. Everyone at the dealership was cordial a all the paperwork and Joshua, our financial person worked very hard and did get us a great rate on our loan.
