When your vehicle was brought in, our service team performed a thorough inspection and recommended repairs based on the symptoms and diagnostic results present at that time. Those recommendations were explained and approved before any work was performed. The repairs completed addressed the specific issues identified during that visit, and the vehicle was tested afterward to confirm proper operation related to the work performed. It’s important to note that vehicles can have multiple or evolving issues, and while a repair may correct the diagnosed concern, it does not always eliminate all symptoms if additional underlying problems are present that were not evident during the initial inspection. We are always willing to re-evaluate a vehicle if concerns persist so we can determine whether a new or unrelated issue has developed. Regarding communication, our records do not reflect an unresolved or unreturned service call, but we apologize if there was any breakdown in communication. That is never our intention, and we strive to follow up promptly with our customers. We encourage you to contact our service management team directly so we can review your visit, address any remaining concerns, and work toward a resolution.
