Based on our records, the repairs that were approved and authorized were completed. If additional issues remained or new concerns developed afterward, those may not have been present or related to the original repair. Modern vehicles can experience multiple independent issues, and resolving one concern does not always eliminate others. Our dealership does not clear diagnostic codes to conceal vehicle issues. Every vehicle undergoes an inspection prior to sale, and if a warning light or active fault is present at that time, it is addressed according to our inspection process. If a mechanical issue develops after delivery, we encourage customers to contact us immediately so we can evaluate the concern and determine what options may be available. Regarding the rock chip, we strive to be transparent about the condition of every pre-owned vehicle. Cosmetic imperfections that are disclosed prior to purchase are reflected in the vehicle's condition, and customers are able to inspect the vehicle before completing the transaction. Vehicle left with more problems then when I brought it in. It was recall work. So we were on the bottom of the priority list. They had it 30 days. Told us they had to get a ton of parts they broke. Nothin More

Recall repairs are performed according to manufacturer guidelines and often involve extensive disassembly, inspections, and specialized procedures. In some cases, components may require replacement during the repair process due to age, condition, or manufacturer requirements. Any parts replaced as part of the recall repair are done to ensure the vehicle is returned in accordance with factory specifications. The repair order reflects the recall campaign that was completed under warranty. It is not uncommon for supporting parts or materials associated with the recall process to be handled through the manufacturer's warranty claim rather than listed separately on customer-facing paperwork. We also want to be clear that recall customers are not placed on a "bottom priority list." We work diligently to complete all repairs as quickly as possible; however, repair timelines can be impacted by factors outside of our control, including manufacturer parts availability and warranty authorization processes. Most importantly, we would never knowingly return a vehicle with unresolved issues caused by our repair process. If you are experiencing issues with your vehicle, we encourage you to contact our service management team directly so we can inspect it and address any legitimate concerns. Our goal has always been to provide safe, quality repairs and excellent customer service.
