After your initial visit, we encouraged you to return the vehicle so our service team could further diagnose the concern. Once the vehicle was brought back in, our technicians were able to properly identify the source of the noise and complete the necessary repair. The concern has since been fixed, and the vehicle was returned to you in proper working order. At no point was there an intention to give you the runaround or dismiss your concerns. Some issues especially intermittent noises can require additional inspection time or a follow up visit to correctly diagnose and resolve. Our team followed standard service procedures and remained committed to addressing the issue until it was corrected. We take customer service and vehicle quality very seriously and stand behind the vehicles we sell and service. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter and thank you for allowing us to make it right.

At the time of purchase, the vehicle was inspected and any covered items were addressed according to the terms of the sale and applicable warranty. All warranty coverage, limitations, and exclusions were clearly reviewed and signed for prior to delivery. Unfortunately, not all components are covered under every warranty, and some concerns while understandably frustrating fall outside of that coverage. At no point were you “forced” into the purchase. We make every effort to ensure customers have the opportunity to review the vehicle, ask questions, and understand the condition of the car and the coverage provided before completing the transaction. That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard. Our service team has reviewed your concerns and provided guidance based on warranty eligibility and standard service procedures. We remain willing to discuss the situation further and review any new information if you contact our service department directly.
