Our team works hard to assist every customer in a timely and respectful manner, and we take communication seriously. If there were moments where you felt otherwise, that was never our intent. Regarding your warranty and the part ordered, it’s important to note that some warranty parts must be approved and shipped by the manufacturer, which can sometimes cause delays outside of our control. We do our best to keep customers informed throughout that process. As for loaner vehicles and financial assistance, we try to offer options when they’re available, but they are based on inventory, eligibility, and warranty provider terms. We understand how important transportation is, especially with a busy schedule, and we regret if this caused any disruption for you.
