We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on this DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. While we appreciate the feedback you’ve provided regarding your experience, we sincerely welcomed the opportunity to assist you. Perhaps we can help clarify the situation. The paperwork you initially filled out to obtain a credit check to what you qualified for is send to various financial institutions to assist you with obtaining a vehicle loan. It is send at the same time regardless until one approves you. You qualified for only two vehicles within a certain price range. Since we had specials to offer at the time on newer makes and models, the pre-owned you were interested in was available, but you also under one of our specials, qualified for a newer model, which was what we were trying to assist you with and save money. Your review has been very disappointing to us and we apologize for any inconveniences you may have endured. It is always our intent to make life long customer service relationships.
