I called Jerry Ulm on a Monday night, 5 minutes before closing and Daniel Rodriguez answered. I told him the truck I wanted and he said he would contact me the next day to work out a deal. We worked out a deal, along with help of the finance manager, Sergio. My family and I are on a cross country road trip from AZ and drove down from Jacksonville to pick up the truck. We spent an hour and a half at the dealership and we were back on the road. Absolutely loved the service and Daniel was extremely helpful and delightful to work with. If I'm ever in the market for a new truck, I'd definitely buy from them again! More

After being in the dealership for 3 hours on Sunday I was quoted and priced on the wrong car I was looking at with the sales rep. Then went back on wed for an appt had to wait 1 hour for the car to be pulled quoted and priced on the wrong car I was looking at with the sales rep. Then went back on wed for an appt had to wait 1 hour for the car to be pulled around. No apologize for quitting the wrong car. When I tried to drive a new ram tee had to drive to the lot when we go there the car was dead and we couldn’t drive or get inside it. After I bought the car I was in the dealership for over 3 hours before the car was cleaned and ready. At that the truck bed was not cleaned out. Would recommend More
