My salesperson was especially helpful—walking me through the options, answering all my questions, and making the process smooth and stress-free. The financing team was also fantastic, clearly explaining everything and helping me get a great deal. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. Overall good experience. Service Department is the best I’ve come across, they are top notch! Sales did work to find me the truck I was looking for but once I signed, my sale Service Department is the best I’ve come across, they are top notch! No introduction to vehicle features, etc. o had to track this guy down to ask for 2nd key and handbook. Totally disappointed with the professionalism and attention to detail sakes lacked. More
My car was missing the letters titanium on the back. I brought it to the attention of my salesman. He gave me a long song and dance about how it was a used car, only two years old. I tried several times through sales managers, finance managers, etc. to get them to fix the problem and they refuse to do so. I went to Ford and got the lettering myself. It cost me $33 and change. This dealership wanted to make every penny and was not willing to spend such a small amount of money to make a customer happy and build Goodwill. I will never purchase anything else from this dealership And I have posted on all my social media sites about my experience there in addition I have yet to receive my paperwork in the mail, which they promised me and a Zip drive, To no avail, I have never had such an experience in my life of buying cars over the last 40 years More

I left some items that he did gather for me and I had to drive back from Largo in Pinellas Cty to retrieve it. Please don't dismiss a customer as soon as they sign the contract. Did I leave my next oil change paper there? I was given a thumb drive. Is it on that? I had asked for a hard copy but was given the thumb drive instead. Oh, why in the world did it take 2 hours after I signed to find James so I could clean out my truck. He had the key. I had another appt and missed it. Did not get back home till 4:30! 4 hrs at dealership. Wow. More
