Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I called ahead and spoke to a sales guy and made an appointment to see a specific used truck they had. When I got there, they didn't have the car and took over an hour to tell me that it was on an dif appointment to see a specific used truck they had. When I got there, they didn't have the car and took over an hour to tell me that it was on an different lot. The sales guy finally drove me to see it after having been there for 2hrs. When I finally got to see the truck, it was great and the price was good for me. I began discussions to buy the truck and get the out the door price, and they had added over $7,000 of additional fees/costs. These were not markups due to a shortage. I spent an HOUR trying to negotiate the price, just down to the listed price they had online, and on the truck itself. The sales guy was not helpful, and kept going to his manager, and came back saying that they couldn't do that. I wasn't even trying to negotiate the asking price! I couldn't even get them to give it to me for the asking price! They "required" me to pay for a service contract for about $4k, as well as other items they'd added to the vehicle, which I didn't want. I left there in frustration after being there for 3hrs. I bought a comparable truck the next day from Bill Currie Ford instead. More
