Mr. Felipe Santiago is a very caring and knowledgeable employee who kept me informed from build to delivery and Kevin Costello finalized the delivery and showed my wife and me the Jeep that we were so excited to to drive home. I started the inquiry online, and salesperson Esteban Cabrera took over, helping me ABOVE AND BEYOND, making me feel maybe the best in the Bay Area. I started the inquiry online, and salesperson Esteban Cabrera took over, helping me ABOVE AND BEYOND, making me feel valued and cared for. I had made up my mind on what I wanted and he obliged. He was the shining star of the whole process. He was very accommodating of my schedule, very responsive, and still communicative after the sale. Took a few days but I got the car I wanted at a price close to what I wanted. Yusuf in finance was friendly and explained everything clearly, and even stayed overtime to see the sale completed. I am aware of how difficult of a customer I can be when buying a car, and they both still answered all my questions patiently and skillfully. Was sold a car as is, but was led to believe that stains on the exterior of the car were pitch. After purchasing many types of pitch/tar/bug remover, and having consulted several repair companies, it appear on the exterior of the car were pitch. After purchasing many types of pitch/tar/bug remover, and having consulted several repair companies, it appears that this residue cannot be removed.
