At the time of purchase, I was informed that certain items, such as LoJack, were mandatory and already installed in the car. However, it turns out that this information was false. When I addressed this issue with the finance director, I was disappointed to learn that a refund couldn't be arranged for something that should have been their responsibility. I recommend future buyers to carefully read and question everything before finalizing a deal with them. More
