Also on top of that was a doc fee of over 1000. So a 7500 rebate for the 4xe was pretty much eaten up by these unnecessary “fees”. More

Like many dealers these days, the advertised price of their vehicles is not the actual price. They’ll surprise you with an additional $3000 for some sort of value add service. This is on top of tax, title and delivery fees, and even though you will likely never use the services hat this fee covers, it’s not optional and non-negotiable. That said, they did work with me on bringing down the price and raising my trade-in value to ALMOST offset the cost. But it was all unnecessary haggling that could have been saved if the price they advertised matched the actual cost. More
