Great dealership with nice friendly knowledgeable staff members. Customer service was good.. however we did have an issue with the color of the vehicle being incorrect on some of the paperwork. Long slow process, I called ahead for a specific stock number I was coming to purchase; I arrived a few hours later, keys had to be found. Took hours to have the car detailed and ready. Avoid this dealership. They may have the vehicle numbers, but that's how you'll be treated, as a number. Once they know you're purchasing, you become a number to them. Upon meeting the Internet Sales Manager, he fist bumped me, said hi, and said "10s". "Give me 10s on the survey." This was my first interaction with him in person and he's expecting me to give him 10s without having any service provided up to that point. Needless to say, that wasn't happening. I made an appointment to purchase my vehicle with a cashier's check, no financing needed, they put me in a room and pretty much forgot about me for an hour. Then the internet sales manager came back and said that I'm his number one priority to the finance guy that walked up. Yeah right. The vehicle wasn't ready. It was a complete waste of time. I should have been in and out considering I was paying for the vehicle in cash and the vehicle should have been ready upon my arrival since I had an appointment. Like I said, once they know you're making the purchase, you become a number and you're no longer a person. I purchased the vehicle on 10/30/22 and 2 months later to the date, I still don't have the $500 they owe me for the difference in the cashiers check and the price of the vehicle that I purchased it for. Everyone is very nice at face value. but under that there are some sneeky stuff going on. such as when you say that you will sign a deal for a monthly payment and you have been talking a but under that there are some sneeky stuff going on. such as when you say that you will sign a deal for a monthly payment and you have been talking all about 72 months and they say ok we got you. and bam! you go to finance and they have ran your credit again put you with a differnt bank for 84 months to get your payment at what you wanted.. by this time we had looked at several jeeps ( one that had a branded -salvage title that they forgot to tell us) we were tired and worn down and just agreed to get it over with. The next day we had to take the jeep back it needed 2 new batteries. This is the 2nd jeep we have bought here in 6months our first jeep lost $4000 in value in that time hopefuly this one keeps its value better More
