We purchased our new 2021 F-150 here and my expectations were that this was going to be an unpleasant buying experience; and being a seasoned car We purchased our new 2021 F-150 here and my expectations were that this was going to be an unpleasant buying experience; and being a seasoned car buyer, especially never dealing with Jerry Ulm Dodge before and knowing nothing about them. While I was impressed with the online reviews they had on their (you have to read the great and worst and make a judgment in the middle) we decided to go forward on our electronic communication and negotiation over 4 days for our soon to be new F-150. On closing day, I was expecting something to go awry, but we were very impressed with our rep James Green. James was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming. James is top notch, and this is coming from a guy who has worked in sales and customer service for nearly 40 years. We did our 2-hour test drive (without James) and came back to pay the money and James' professionalism continued through this process. Sergio on the finance team was awesome as well and he made the process easy and clear. We were amazed how well-designed their new building and service center is, as we had never visited them before due to our truck being a Ford and not a Dodge product. We were highly impressed overall with the total experience here and would recommend them to our friends to do business here. More
