Let's begin with this is no longer actually Jerry Ulm, this is a company who bought out Jerry Ulm and maintained their reputable name in order to attract business. If you do not care to read below; th this is a company who bought out Jerry Ulm and maintained their reputable name in order to attract business. If you do not care to read below; the end of the story is refuse to work with Nicholas Buccina, one of their financial sales members and avoid their vehicle service contracts. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer over 8 months ago and at that time cancelled my prior vehicle service contract, which was through their dealership. I was told this process would take 6 weeks and here we are 8 months later and I have yet to receive any prorated payment. I would recommend avoiding any dealer vehicle service contract from this company and if you proceed with a purchase refuse using Nicholas Buccina as he is blatantly a liar and once your purchase is completed he will not follow-up or respond to any requests you may have. This also goes for the dealership, multiple calls and emails went unanswered prompting me to actually have to go to the dealership in person to get anyone to actually do their job. Just remember this is no longer the family dealership that worked to maintain your business. This is a large company who built a fancy new faćade outside to maximize revenue with no intention on providing customer satisfaction. More
