I went in to trade my truck in for a full size truck. My sales guy wasn’t very educated on the HD Rams or their features to really “sell” the truck. I knew what I wanted though and they did not play the “wh sales guy wasn’t very educated on the HD Rams or their features to really “sell” the truck. I knew what I wanted though and they did not play the “what payments do you want” game. It was overall pretty easy process. Was not happy with the $1700 add on they add for vehicle tracking which is just a crudely zip-tied module under the dash plugged into the OBD port. They had the truck I wanted and I was able to have a relatively easy process. Should any issues arise they will be the place my truck goes back to so it’s good to have a good relationship even after the point of sale. More

The service used to be great before the renovation, not any more. I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation which they didn't have on file. After almost two hours, received my oil change but not any more. I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation which they didn't have on file. After almost two hours, received my oil change but not the tire rotation. Excuses where; "short on people", "couldn't get the lug nut off". This is just the most recent disappointment that I am now commenting about. More
