My sells rep Dell was great. He tried to get me the payment I wanted. Unfortunately, I agreed to lease not fully understanding the terms and how they intended to add the taxes in He tried to get me the payment I wanted. Unfortunately, I agreed to lease not fully understanding the terms and how they intended to add the taxes into my payments causing my payment to be higher than I desired. That being said the second finance guy I dealt with was kinda rude. Overall it's my fault for not reading the contract fully at signing trusting that the price the said I would pay was the price I'd have to pay. For this reason I don't think I'll do further business with them. Just seems like a bad experience with the finance side of the house. The sells rep was awesome though. More

Jordan seemed to be a pleasant salesman. He was very responsive to all my questions. And worked diligently to get my payments to where I wanted them to be. However, I had an issue with finan He was very responsive to all my questions. And worked diligently to get my payments to where I wanted them to be. However, I had an issue with finance running my credit through 6 different creditors - with one being today and I already have the car in my possession - when I had a 710 credit score. Although Jordan was pleasant and responsive, when my husband and I came to pick up the vehicle and complete the purchase after traveling 4 hours my husband cranked the car to see how it runs and he noticed a hesitation. He mentioned it to Jordan and Jordan assured us that they inspected the vehicle and it was fine that’s just how it sounds. So we completed the paperwork - afterwards he told me I had a 3 month warranty if I have any issues to call him and he will locate some place in my city where I can take the vehicle and get it repaired. 3 hours into our trip back home we stop at a gas station and when we get ready to leave the car does not crank. We did not have jumper cables so we had to ask someone to help us. We got the car started and I immediately got on the phone to call Jordan - I told him what happened and he said for me to give him 10 minutes and he will call me back once he speaks with the used car manager. Jordan texted back a few hours later and said he spoke with the manager and he is trying to figure out a way to help. It’s 2 days later and I have not heard from anyone. My husband had to purchase a new battery - $285. This was not Jordan’s fault. But the issue should have been handled a lot better. Promises were made that were not followed through on. He assured me that if something were to happen they could assist me in getting it repaired. This should have been made right. More
