Arrived for scheduled spray-in Bed-liner installation before 8am. Was told I would receive an update by lunch. I checked in via text message system with no response, and noticed my truck was in the same before 8am. Was told I would receive an update by lunch. I checked in via text message system with no response, and noticed my truck was in the same spot as the morning with no work completed. Checked in again a few hours later, and was told my truck would not be worked on that day. I took a day off of work to complete this since I was told when making the appt that it would be done in one day. It was clear Bobby had no idea that the truck sat there all day without moving. After arguing with Bobby he was able to get the installation completed by 5 pm. After this experience I will go elsewhere for service in the future. This is unfortunate because I had such a good buying experience with your dealership. More

Would not take NO for an answer in regards to warranty/gap coverage . Beyond pushy and demanded I reconsider turning it down. Made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt was inappropriate with his Attitude and demeanor towards me . “People don’t say no to me”, “if you say no you’d be 1 in 100 that have”, “the only people who say no to me put like 20K down on cars”.... I understand making sure a customer is aware of warranty’s and options but you should not make them feel like they have no choice or are somehow less than because they decide to say NO. Maybe get someone else for Finance , this guy needs retrained on customer service. I wouldn’t have bought anything from him . More
