If you're smart, you'll go somewhere else. I'd give them a -5 rating if I could. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had. Found a truck and worked out a price. We were working the deal on Thursday and finalized it Friday afternoon - trying to finish up before my Texas bank closed for the day. Paper work sent to me was wrong. They said it was the fault of the title company they work with. I tried to reach the title company but no one answered and then they closed till Monday. I was not going to sign a purchase agreement with screwed up numbers. I put a $1000 deposit on the truck and said I would be in Tampa first thing Monday to finalize the deal and pick up the truck. They said that was fine, multiple times. (I have every text conversation saved.) The salesman SWORE repeatedly (have those text messages too) that the truck was safe till Monday. Did they put a SOLD tag on the windshield? No! Did they pull it off the main lot? No! Did they remove it from their online inventory? No! Did they lock up the keys so no one else could access it? No! They did none of that. Either they are lazy or stupid or both. The fact is, they don't care about the customer! I received a text message from the salesman on Saturday afternoon saying he needed to talk to me. In my heart, I knew the truck was gone. When I finally spoke with him, he told me that someone came into the dealership that morning and bought the truck. They were full of lame excuses. One of the sales managers said he would make some calls and try to find a replacement truck for me but then radio silent for the next 3 weeks. Left message after message with no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They don't care who they sell to. All they care about is the sale. My advice to you is to run far, far away from this dealership!! They cannot be trusted. Don't get caught up in their web of lies and incompetence. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

I did get the vehicle I wanted but really felt like our sales guy was way too busy to take care of us. Which was a good thing for him I guess.
