Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 miles which from the first day came with the windshield broken and the sales manager sugges Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 miles which from the first day came with the windshield broken and the sales manager suggested that I wait three days after the purchase and call my insurance to change it- that it would cost nothing if they changed it. The same day I reported that the brakes weren’t working well and the left side of the truck was lower than the right. With all these problems I suggested that it was better that they change it for another vehicle even if I needed to pay more money, but they promised me that they would fix the problems and it would be like new. Lies, only lies- I got the truck back with a check engine light, and had to repeat that it was still leaning and makes noise on the same side of the initial problem and the first thing they received me with is that I had to pay $ 140 USD for diagnosis. I begrudgingly agreed, they called me and said that solving the same initial problem would now cost me $2060 and the light $803 which was produced by a diesel filter that must be changed every 15000 miles. I’ve had the truck less than 2000. I asked for the vehicle quality report but there was no response, just go see the sales manager who was not interested in helping. Please don't make my mistake- these people who work here are scammers. More
