Alex Perez rocks! I had an issue that Alex quickly diagnosed just by hearing what I described. Other people told me it would cost about $800 to fix. Alex took care of it and other minor issues and it didn't cost me anything because it was all under warranty. He arranged for a rental vehicle and made sure that everything was taken care of. This was my first service trip here, 45 minutes from my house, but I will DEFINITELY be back. More

We happened to be in the Tampa to help our daughter get her JEEP PATRIOT battery re My husband and I have been Chrysler owners for the past 15 years. We happened to be in the Tampa to help our daughter get her JEEP PATRIOT battery replaced. Her car was towed to Jerry Ulm JEEP and that's where our story began. While waiting for our daughter's JEEP to be repaired, we started looking at the JEEP Compass. We had looked at them before in St. Petersburg, but it was just looking at that point. Our salesman - Jimmy - asked if we were interested in looking at anything. And that's when we said "The JEEP Compass - midnight blue paint with cloth interior!" Right away Jimmy found the exact Compass we were interested in. The negotiation process was very easy - Jerry Ulm Chrysler met what car payment we wanted to have - gave us a GEAT deal! We are EXTREMELY happy with our Chrysler Compass! It drives beautiful - I'm able to lift the driver's seat so I can see over the top of the hood - WE LOVE OUR CHRYSLER COMPASS - and will go back to Jerry Ulm Chrysler the next time we begin looking for another car! Had a good experience I reluctantly took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here because it’s the closest dealer to me, and I needed recall work done. My reluctance was due to the Goog I reluctantly took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here because it’s the closest dealer to me, and I needed recall work done. My reluctance was due to the Google reviews, but it seems all major car dealership service centers have bad reviews. I arrived at 9:30am on a Tuesday without an appointment because when I called the day before, they said I’d have to do express (no appt) since I only needed recall work, new set of lugs installed, and oil change. I waited 3 hours, which is kind of a long time, but I still had a great experience. I felt that David cares about his job and his customers. More
