Horrible Experience They are the worst dealership I have ever been to. The new sales guy was nice but had no idea what he was doing. Their financial guys don’t like when They are the worst dealership I have ever been to. The new sales guy was nice but had no idea what he was doing. Their financial guys don’t like when you’re trying to consider your options and bargain for the price (of course they don’t - less money for them) . On top of it you could see how angry they got through the glass office they are in. The VP sales manager - disaster on customer level. They are rude and won’t even crack a smile at you. You can tell they are all about money, and by all means that’s what we’re in business for but at least show some manner and grace instead of having the greed pour out of you. If not that I really liked the car and was able to get the terms I wanted after going and back forth with them I would have NEVER give them the business. They seriously make you feel like you can’t even enjoy the car you bought because of the unfriendly customer service experience they provide. This morning I woke and I seriously wished I bought a car elsewhere because of how horrible they are. More
