Dan (salesman) was very helpful but Jorge (manager) was not Dan was great helping find what I wanted (Toyota 4Runner). Everything seemed to be going smoothly until the deal was closed. The vehicle didn’t have a second key so Dan said he would reach out to the customer who traded in the vehicle. That answer was satisfactory for me. As my wife and I were leaving the dealership, we noticed that the floor mats did not match the vehicle (color) and more noticeably would not clasp to the floor of the vehicle. These were obviously the wrong mats. Dan said he would speak to Jorge about ordering mats since they did not fit the vehicle as we were leaving the dealership. I gave your dealership the benefit of the doubt since I had a pretty good experience up to this point. I told family and friends about actually how easy it was to make what we though was a good deal. Yesterday as a follow-up from Dan about the keys and the mats, he informed me Jorge would not purchase new mats for the vehicle as ‘we received such a great deal’. I called Jorge at his office to discuss this matter and left him a voicemail yesterday around 2pm. He did not return my call as of this writing. I believe it to be #1: unprofessional to not return my call at least to discuss the floor mats, and #2: after researching online at mats, they cost around $100 for the car. Ultimately, I feel it’s unprofessional to not make what you sell ‘right’, and even less professional to at least call me back to discuss it. At this point, I will not be a repeat customer at your dealership, and will rescind my recommendation of your dealership to my family and friends. More

It was good up until the end Seemed like everyone was helpful. If we were told the truth about the vehicle my daughter needed to get out of, then it was a good experience. It’s difficult to completely trust car dealerships l, but I know both sides haveto have a win for a good deal - I hope that the Jerry Ulm team also feels that way and isn’t just about profit. at the very last, Nick was really insensitive and unprofessional, asking my daughter how it felt to have lost so much money on the Jeep she bought from another small dealer. Perhaps he does not understand that this is costing her for years to come and that paying for this purchase (and the cost of thousands of dollars of the vehicle she traded which she bought in good faith and got taken) will be a burden for years. This really put a negative perspective on what otherwise was a relatively good experience given the circumstances. How could I ever recommend Jerry alum to someone I care about knowing this will happen? More
