I test drove a 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude, Certified Pre Owned. While I really liked the car, I was at the beginning of my search and didn't want to buy the first car I looked at. I like that they didn't take down my phone number and hound me, rather I could simply call them if I'm interested. I came back a couple days later when I realized other dealerships couldn't match their price. I still needed the price to come down to feel comfortable with my budget. The negotiation process went well and Soony was able to come through. The finance process was long, but it was a busy Saturday. I'm happy in my Jeep! Thank you! More

He first found out what I wanted, then showed me options in both lower and higher ticket vehicles. He was thorough in answering questions and even walked me through the various buttons and technology in the car before I left the lot after the deal was signed. The dealership is under construction right now but they had many vehicles that were not on the lot in a satellite location. Much better experience than the first dealership I stopped at, and that's why they got my business. I've had my prior vehicle serviced at Jerry Ulm and have always been happy with their product. I'd say the sales side is as good as the service side. More
