Then on return trip was harassed by Ted salesman that he had 10 years of experience and made ) figures and he was going to loose his job because of me. 3 or 4 times he stated that and that I “have”to understand. In return trip he stated that they would put xzilin package on car at no cost to make up for it. When we got there he originally said no. When I showed him the email he said okay. When I asked for the contract after they put it in he said they put it on for free but I had to pay for the warranty. I then had to go to the on duty sales manager who agreed with me about the email and told the finance guy to write ghe contract which he did. However he marked the 3 year used block while the vehicle we purchased was s new 2019 Charger. Several other issues the last of which was the final conversation with the sslesman in which he said if j was willing to fill the survey out in front of him he would consider it. I am a retired disabled veteran and 38 total year in the Department if Defense and to have a salesman question my integrity is completely unacceptable. Then the sales manager tells them to honor the email agreement and they write it for a used 3 year vehicle instead of new year is just more salt in the wound. I cannot see my self recommending to any one to go to tgis dealership. Espicially military and veterans. More

Super I hate buying cars. I was skeptical because the car I went in there to buy was no longer available. Jordi did try to prove that it was actually so I hate buying cars. I was skeptical because the car I went in there to buy was no longer available. Jordi did try to prove that it was actually sold and they were not playing games. We checked out the same car at 2 other dealerships. Jordi found a newer vehicle. The negotiating was not nearly as painful as I was expecting. (The last car I bought was an awful experience at another dealership last year, so I was really on edge.) Everyone was pretty quick and to the point; not in a make your head spin sort of way. Albert was really honest about the additional upgrades and that went very quick. Not pushy at all, just explained the options nicely. Honestly think this could be the best car buying experience I have had. This is my 12th car. 8th "new" car. More

Sub par Unfortunately my experience with Jerry Ulm was not as expected. The entire sales process took roughly 3 days and required 2 visits to the dealer. My b Unfortunately my experience with Jerry Ulm was not as expected. The entire sales process took roughly 3 days and required 2 visits to the dealer. My biggest dissatisfaction with dealing with your company as a whole was the lack of respect shown by your male staff to my wife and I. At no point should My wife have to feel uncomfortable because the male staff (sales or otherwise) can’t stop staring for extended periods of time. This happened both times we visited your dealer. This in addition to the unprofessionalism of the Finance person Hussein/Danny. Danny himself insisted on staring at my wife while he should’ve been focusing on me as the primary buyer of the vehicle. He also made it a point to contact her regarding matters with the vehicle that should’ve been directed to me. Even after my wife instructed him to contact me he failed to do so. To go into further detail behind the “purpose” of Danny contacting my wife was sure to your staff misplacing our credit application. I can’t begin to tell you how unsettling and unprofessional it is to receive notice after you purchase a vehicle that your personal information is missing and can not be located within the dealership. I’m aware that your dealership is subject to penalties regarding loss or misplacement of such personal information. These actions and behaviors show a huge lack of not only sexual harassment training/awareness but also a lack of commitment to expectations set. As it stands today I am still awaiting confirmation on an appointment to have a dent removed from my vehicle set as a “we owe” by your dealership. Though I understand I received a good price for my truck it should not come at a huge loss of what should be great customer service and general respect. I hope this feedback allows your organization to make improvements and correct what appears to be unprofessional behaviors by your staff. More
