Words alone are not enough to describe my VIP experience at Jerry's Toyota!!! Not only did Jerry's Toyota have my 2022 Rav4 Prime in stock and available (other dealerships have up to 2 year waitlist!), I re at Jerry's Toyota!!! Not only did Jerry's Toyota have my 2022 Rav4 Prime in stock and available (other dealerships have up to 2 year waitlist!), I received top notch service from Paul Southard! The moment I arrived at Jerry's Toyota, Paul immediately got to work on securing my Rav4 Prime. Paul took the time to help me understand every step of the buying process and ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I never felt pressured by Paul and he geniuningly seem to make sure I was making the right decision. Paul made sure that even after I purchased my car, that I was absolutely satisfied with multiple follow up emails and text messages. You cannot ask for better customer service than that! I have been approached several times about my vehicle and inquires about how I was able to get my hands on the hard to find Rav4 Prime, and I immediately provide Paul Southard's name and and number and tell them you will receive first-class service from him at Jerry's Toyota and you will not be disappointed.
