I went into the dealership today because they actually had Corollas in stock. I was there about 2 hours and left. I am disgusted by this place. They tried to force a $1,000 LoJack system on me. Bait and switch dealership. Unethical. After confirming the internet sales price and availability with Ashley, I travelled over an hour to see, and hopefully purchase, the Toyota Venza. When it came time to talk price, the sales manager marked up the vehicle $8000 over the Internet price. $6000 no explanation - other than cars are in high demand- $2000 in bogus dealer fees. That’s all they said. Supply and demand. So I would walk out over 8000 Upside down on a new car. Needless to say I walked out and went to Bayside Toyota in Prince Frederick, where they are fair, honest and ethical. More

The work that Jerry’s performs is good. I’ve never had to bring my car back. My problem with Jerry’s is they push their car wash as part of the deal. This last time I got my car serviced it snowed a few days bring my car back. My problem with Jerry’s is they push their car wash as part of the deal. I don’t know about you but my water doesn’t freeze at 40 degrees. Full service means full service. I bought it to a car wash and paid the $22. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m guessing they were under staffed to do the car wash. More
