Jo Jo is the best!!! I took the time to do this review, a few weeks ago I bought my car in Jerry, and it was a fantastic experience, my sister took me to that place and re I took the time to do this review, a few weeks ago I bought my car in Jerry, and it was a fantastic experience, my sister took me to that place and referred me to a particular person, Jo Jo was a very kind, professional and above all it gives everything of him so that one achieves to have the longed for car, my history will seem long to them but I would like to share it, first I tried to buy used car really I did not see so much difference in price of used car to new car, and it is not known if the auto will be in good condition, I am one of the typical latinos that comes to that country to achieve their dreams and goals, although sometimes many obstacles arise, but thanks to jo jo one of my goals was fulfilled was to have my Highlander, two years ago I had that goal and had not passed the finger of the line, spend a couple of days to see if the bank would finance me and the surprise was that they could not because the amount was very large, ridiculous I would say on their part, I went back to go to Jerry's and I told my situation and Jo Jo immediately tried one way or another that someone could finance me, the staff there helped me a lot, at the end of the day if it was possible after so many paperwork and things that were done, the following day I would be given the car, but I would go to pick it up with my husband, I really did not want him to realize what I spent, he was very stressed those days I wanted to tell him in a quiet moment hahaha , I told Jo Jo and casually that day was his day off, but what a surprise !!! He decided to go there to support me until the last minute !!! and on your day off? who does that today! my only definition is that he is one of the few people who loves what he does, gives everything of him, involves professionalism, friendship and above all heart for what he does, thank you, thank you, thank you very much, may God bless you for that charisma and By helping others, Jerry is fortunate to have you working with them!!! thanks for everything, I can not find the exact words to describe how grateful I am for everything you did, You are a good worker and wonderful person !! Shady undehanded lies I went to jerrys toyata wanting a car with a nice radio that was it . just to get me to work and home. My bankruptcy was discharged so it was hard to get a good deal. A guy named keith brings me a nissan altima 2016. It test drove great nothing wrong. I bring it homeeverything is fine. I start it up later that night and it makes a loud noise. It doesnt soundright. Besides that come to find out the one thing i really wanted was a radio and it was obsolete and there was a recall on a back strap. I took it backthe next daya saturday but of course the manager wasnt there. So i took it back monday. No they said they couldnt take it back cause i signed the paper work. But really i could and they didnt want to do it. The maitenance guy tells me nissans start up thst way and the loud idle noise is to save gas which is not true. I told them i didnt want the car. They insisted it was mine. They told me they would replace the radio and fix the problems. Why am i having problems on a car i just purchased. Anyway i bring the car home the rpms start fluctuating and the car is jerking around. I take the car back nd once again very dispeased. Tommy says whats the problem that he would take care of everything. I said ok. Jerrys wouldnt void the loan even thougb they could they didnt want too. They said it couldnt be done. Tommy said i needed to put 1500 down then it was 500. I woke up the next morning and thought why doi need to put money down after i put 500 down. I called he said i need nothing. Everything is filled out i asked about the altima he said its has to be a repo. I dont know nothing bout this so i said ok. The finance company calls me bout the car i answer questions and he asked bout my fios bill. Im like what bill. Guess what it was forged. Since i had no proof of residence. Anyway i get another finance company and im told this finance company cant find out bout the other car. Im like ok because i wouldnt have been able to get the car. I was told wait til my first payment. Guess what jerrys or tommy had my car towed from the lot even though i was told to leave it there. I confronted tomny and he denied everything but he said i told you no one can find out bout the car. Do not do businesses with these shady people and i will be getting a lawyer....... More

Excellent!! Khalid is the absolute best!! Very professional, patient & knowledgeable! Credit wasn't great but I drove off in a 2012 Camry LE the first time & I up Khalid is the absolute best!! I’ve never been treated so horrible I dealt with stefani immediately after my car was flooded by her attendants. Every seemed fine I showed her some of my soaked belongings and she asked if she could handle them and I allowed her. When I left the dealership she stated to my boyfriend and I that if there was any damage or anything to let them know when I dropped off the car. That’s when everything turned for the worse. When I came back with the car my boyfriend over heard this woman trash talking me. She was stating she thought everything was handled and what else could I possibly want! She made rude statements in regards to how long we had the rental. She spoke unprofessionally about me to my boyfriend. She also lied to protect herself during the incident. She stated how could my phone be damaged when she saw my boyfriend and I both with our phones! The answer to that is I have another phone for my business which was left in my travel bag which was in my car because no one ever told me to remove all personal items from the car! I came in for an oil change so really no one needed to be in my car! Then she minimized the damage to my vehicle! She blatantly called me a liar and said my windows were only cracked! That wasn’t true the windows were completely down and gallons of water flooded my car because her careless staff thought it was ok to run my car through the car wash with my rear windows down! This company has made my life a living xxxx and stefani is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with!!!!!! Do not come here More

Flooded my car just for an oil. Change Where to begin? Brought rav 4 in for a simple oil change! Waited two hours only to be given a car back that was completely flooded and soaked!!!! The attendant left my windows down in my vehicle and saturated my entire car! All my hair equipment was in the car and my business phone! All was completely soaked and trashed! Then they "clean" my car with shop vacs to remove the water and desecrated my seats!!! They tore and snagged all seats within my vehicle! Not only did they not offer to replace anything they were incredibly rude and told me I signed a waiver when dropping the car off for service and they are not liable for any personal property damage nor for any damage accrued on the interior or exterior! This is what the "manager" mike emailed me as a remedy for the damage his staff caused to my vehicle! I have since reached out to Toyota corporate! Jerry's Toyota is not working with them and is acknowledging the event occurred but is willing to do nothing to fix. I have since contacted an attorney and will be proceeding forward in litigation against this company! The shear ignorance and disrespect I witnessed by this unprofessional team is sickening! The attendant Stephanie is absolutely foul and said horrid things about me to staff members. They minimized the damage they inflicted on my life all over an oil change! I highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them! I will keep the review updated as the court case progresses! More
