I get notified when my car needs a oil change etc, As usual the service team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled before I even get there. I’ve had Leo the last few times I had my car serviced and he always makes sure everything goes smooth. Braulio always makes sure everything is taken care of as well. Knowing I’ve had some Interest in the new XT6 he let me take it while my car was being worked on, I was blown away on how smooth the car drove, I thought it might be to bulky for me and feel heavy but it was the opposite, I highly recommend checking out that SUV if you’re looking for something with more seating. It was extremely comfortable, not to mention the AC seats! A huge plus. There’s something to be said about receiving the same great treatment and customer service as you do the same day you buy the car. More

Great service I recently totaled my commuter and was searching for an affordable & reliable car. I first went to Kia, where I was turned down for not having a co-si I recently totaled my commuter and was searching for an affordable & reliable car. I first went to Kia, where I was turned down for not having a co-signer or credit. I was told I couldn’t be helped without a co-signer. Thankfully, I crossed the street and went over to Jessup. There I was helped by Robert Arizmendi. He was able to quickly get me set up with the little I had, we test drove my options and before I knew it I was heading back to Cesar who got me in & out so efficiently, I barely realized how much we went over.
