While I have no complaints about the work that was done, I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. Several payment terminals were not functioning, a printer was broken so only I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. My appointment was at 7:30am. I waited at Dealership until past 10:30am for an oil change? Ridiculous. Then service advisor kept trying to up-sale me!
