The body shop took great care of me. My only comment would be. They gave me a good price. Then after the car was completed they tried to re-convince me how good of price they gave me. They originally were going to order a new door panel. We checked the cost and the door panel was $1295. A new door was $995…..we went over to parts to verify and order a new door not a panel…with the repair shop. When the job was completed I was told you were charged $1295 for the door…and how lucky I was you did not pass on the difference to me…. I DID NOT RESPOND. My intelligence seemed to be in question. If in fact you ordered a panel and not a door and told me you put on a new door we have a problem. If you ordered a door and and was charged the panel price…your booking should have caught the error. It is not my responsibility to correct your parts order price problems or to be shown errors. It makes me question. What exactly was installed on my car. Other than that the work was great. More

We brought our Cadillac in and we knew it needed a starter. We brought it in Thursday. They told us the mechanic will be there Friday and the part was there. We got a call Friday saying that the mecha starter. We brought it in Thursday. They told us the mechanic will be there Friday and the part was there. We got a call Friday saying that the mechanic that does that one particular starter is not in and that he’d be in Saturday. We called Saturday and they said that he was working on another car so we had to wait with our car there and until Monday. More
