I authorized a credit card charge for the order of a part my car needed. After waiting over 4 months for the part, I cancelled the order and bought it online from a GM parts distributor. It took over 3 months after the order was cancelled for Jessup to send me the $906.00 refund. Customer service from the parts department and accounts payable department was abysmal. More
