This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Maybe there was a shortage of staff, but I was never acknowledged, meaning “we’ll be right wit was disappointed with the customer service I received. My request to check my air filter was ignored by the technician. My vehicle wasn’t washed, and a personal item was moved even though it wasn’t in the way of servicing my vehicle. After writing a bad review, the service manager sent a mobile technician to check my air filters. My cabin air filter was filthier than the main one. The technician replaced them both. I didn’t realize my clogged air filter was affecting my vehicle’s AC flow. I just wish my request to check the air filter would have been done without question! I felt like I had to convince everyone that my air filters needed to be checked. More
