Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. We would like you to know that we do not control the price of parts, this comes from GM. The part that you ordered through Amazon was not a GM certified part. Our records indicate that you waited 30 mins past your quoted wait time. Your vehicle was not finished at the time that your service advisor left for the day. Our service advisors do not get paid overtime and are required to leave at their designated time. Our records also indicate that we gave you $60 off. If you look at your receipt, you will find that we gave you a $35 coupon and we did not charge shop fees which would have been another $25. We usually don't give customer's $100 off on maintenance tickets. We would like to know where you're getting the information from that your vehicle was done for over an hour from. Please reach out to our service manager, Zach, to further discuss at 636-717-2790.
