When I decided on the car, we bought from your Dealership I told the salesman that due to some health issues my Wife and Niece would be picking up the car on a Saturday. Since the drive would be about 2 and a half hours for them from there to our home, I said I was paying cash and would like the paperwork ready. I was told it would be ready and shouldn't take more than a half hour to finish the deal. Instead, it took nearly 3 hours and when my family was asked to see the Finance Officer, they said WHY we are paying cash. He told my family if he had been told that we were paying cash it would have all been done hours earlier. The Salesman told my wife there would be a $100 in Chevy bonus money for us to spend however when we went online it was about $60. My wife called and the salesman denied ever saying that. My wife doesn't lie but I feel some of your sales staff does. Thank you DONALD VANCE
