Robert was great. I had come in a couple weeks prior to my purchase to look at trucks. There was nothing on the lot that fit my needs but there was a vehicle destined I had come in a couple weeks prior to my purchase to look at trucks. There was nothing on the lot that fit my needs but there was a vehicle destined for another one of you dealerships that was scheduled to come in the following week. Robert and I discussed it and he suggested that I put some money down on it and he could get it transferred to the Fenton location and it would be held for me until I had a chance to look at it. Unfortunately it came in a a couple if days later than expected and I was out of town. Robert did a fantastic job keeping me updated on the status of the truck while in transport and reassured me that it would be no problem holding it for me the extra 5 days until I came back in town. After the test drive we worked on the numbers for the purchase price and the amount for my trade -in. It was a quick and painless process, and at the end of the day I think that Jim Butler and myself could be happy with the final price. Once I got to the finance department, it was a little bit of a process to find me a rate I was comfortable with. Not because of anything your people did, but there were some delays on getting responses from potential lenders. Your finance person (sorry I forgot her name) did an excellent job in finding me a low rate. The only reason this was not a 5 star rating across the board is because I paid for a protective coating over the paint and when it came back it was streaky as xxxx and had to be buffed out by the sales staff. Unfortunately I am still finding some spots that I have to rub out. More
