Please understand that your appointment time is set aside for you to speak with your advisor to set a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service tech. We normally quote 90 mins to 2 hours for an oil change. This includes your oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection, and fluid top off. We are diligently working to improve on our customer wait times and we hope that our efforts to improve are evident in future visits. During my investigation I also learned that we could not find any rough shifts after the vehicle reached normal temp. Thank you Ms. Koebel for leaving your feedback. As we stated back in our conversation back in July, you had the Jeep for 2 months and the market does fluctuate. We gave you the best price that we could to purchase the Jeep back. When you stated that you "purchased another vehicle with them assuming they would transfer my original trade in", we explained to you that we are not able to cancel a transaction from 2 months ago. It had to be a new deal using the Jeep as a trade in. We are more than willing to go over this with you again if you have further questions.
