You have oil change appointments scheduled every 30 minutes but when you arrive they tell you it will be 2.5 hours and I booked first appointment at 8am. Will never use your service department again fo minutes but when you arrive they tell you it will be 2.5 hours and I booked first appointment at 8am. Will never use your service department again for oil change. You keep people hostage for hours and called me in waiting room to try and buy my truck and sales people try and sell you a new car. I do not need this BS just an oil change! Kim was nice but it is just your process is broken and a farce. Should be told when booking on line it will be 2-3 hours not when I take the time to drive in. More

This dealership will try and get as much money from you as they possibly can. Total scam. They 1st sold me a Jeep Wrangler Saraha. This car had so many issues that I found out about after I purchased it. I as they possibly can. Total scam. They 1st sold me a Jeep Wrangler Saraha. This car had so many issues that I found out about after I purchased it. I had brought it in 3 times for issues in the 1st month. One of the issues was the brakes were squeaking loud. They apparently put new brakes on but somehow the brakes were still squeaking a month after they put new ones on? I told him this bought the jeep in again and he performed a braking process. Didn’t help still squeaking. Then he told me there’s nothing more they can do about it. How embarrassing is it to be driving around with brakes squeaking loud like this. Especially on a car you just bought. I was literally in tears. The roof was leaking. Steering wheel very shaky.(which was fixed) Paint chipped all over which apparently they couldn’t wouldn’t fix that either. I was very unhappy I asked if I could return the car they said yes but… they bought it back for almost $9000.00 less then what they sold it to me for! Thinking this was my only option (wrong) but I thought I could trust them (wrong again). I should have sold it to another dealership and could have gotten more for it. I then purchased another vehicle with them assuming they would transfer my original trade in (from the jeep purchase) of my old Chevy equinox for about $4,000. Wrong again they didn’t. They kept my equinox and any money I should have gotten from it. How sad. Honestly I know this story is confusing but it is they totally took advantage of me. I was the one who signed the paperwork yes but I was completely confused. Everyone Ive talked to about this as well as showed paperwork to are baffled and stunned. They all said I wish I would have been there with you to tell you not to sign and to walk away. I even tried talking with the finance manager about this I tried cancelling there “buy back” of the jeep and everything and he refused to help me. Im also a single mom with two kids to support. This dealership not only cost me thousands and thousands of dollars I’m emotionally distraught over all this. I would not and will never recommend anyone buy a car from them. Maybe they don’t do this to all there customers but one is to many. More
