I was there for 3 and a half hours for an oil/transmission fluid change the service advisors were very helpful but none of the mechanics were directed to work on my truck that was just sittin oil/transmission fluid change the service advisors were very helpful but none of the mechanics were directed to work on my truck that was just sitting up on the lift for an hour with no work being done on it. They did great work on my Silverado. It took a few days, but it's a busy shop and we had to wait for parts. The repairs correctly addressed my concerns.
