This is my normal dealership, my most recent service had me waiting from January until April for a part for my truck. The disappointing part of my service was when my initial point of contact apparently re me waiting from January until April for a part for my truck. The disappointing part of my service was when my initial point of contact apparently retired and it wasn't until after I reached back for an update I was waiting on, that I was informed they would need to see who my new service rep was. Fortunately my part finally arrived and the repair was completed quickly. But from the customer perspective, communication when my representative changed would have been appreciated. Hopefully since this is the 2nd time getting this repair done, the part is a better version and it lasts. More

I was very pleased how fast they completed my recall repair. Everyone was very nice. Kris checked me in and Rebecca did the paperwork both went above and beyond. They provided great customer service.
