Thank you for your feedback. As your confirmation email reads your appointment time is to meet with your advisor to set up a game plan for your vehicle while it's in our care. From there your vehicle waits for the next appropriate service technician. For service requests other than routine maintenance the vehicle must see a journeyman tech. Our journeymen techs are currently 4-5 days out. We are diligently working on improving on customer wait times. We are doing things such as hiring additional service techs, building additional service bays and revamping our scheduling procedures. In the future you can request to be placed on the rental wait list before your appointment, that why you have a vehicle for while you wait.
