An Oil change and tire rotation should not take 2.5 hours with an appointment. I watched my vehicle get checked in and promptly moved to the lot. The salesman that helped me find the perfect truck was Kenan, and he was amazing. He found me the truck I wanted and had it delivered the following day after meeting with him. He exhibited nothing but professionalism, and a helpful attitude. The Finance Dept is where I was very disappointed. Upon informing the woman assisting me in financing, that I was not interested in additional service plans/warranties, her demeanor changed, and she became very agitated, started slamming her calculator on her desk, and sighing loudly. She then informed me of my payment through a lender, which had a high interest rate, which I requested be ran through another lender. She did not attempt to find me the lowest interest rate, until I called her out on this high rate. Unfortunately due to this level of unprofessionalism shown, I won’t be recommending Jim Butler, and won’t do business there again. More
