Bill was my advisor was rude as xxxx , they charged me 155$ for a diagnosis test because of a sway bar but in April charged me 75$ for a diagnosis test and all was missing was a bolt idk what changed and More

Thank you for your feedback, Keniesha. We're sorry to hear that your service advisor did not provide the level of customer service that we strive to provide. We are happy to provide you with further information regarding your recent visit. On your most recent visit, we diagnosed that the front driver side stabilizer end link was the cause of the noise and advised to replace both front stabilizer end links. Had you agreed to the repairs, the cost of the diagnostic would have been put towards the cost of repairs. Prior to that visit, on 4/21/20, the rotors were rested and worn. We replaced rotors, sanded pads and put anti-squeak on pads. This was the first time we have a history of this being done during the life of the car (at 64,899 miles). This is normal routine maintenance and there was no diagnostic charge. Prior to that visit, on 3/27/20, there was a rattle in the front end caused by a caliper bolt missing from the front left caliber. The caliber bolt was replaced and the cost of that repair after parts and labor was $80, but there was no diagnostic charge. We did let GM know about this information as well and we are happy to try to help you with the current repairs that are needed on your vehicle. Thank you for your feedback, Kelly. We are sorry to hear that there wasn't enough communication from your service advisor to let you know about the wheel locks on your vehicle. Your vehicle has what are called wheel locks. They are great for preventing theft, but they do mean that we have to unlock the wheels in order to be able to do a tire rotation. We have a master set of wheel keys at the dealership, but we typically use the customer's lock because it is usually in better condition from not being used as much. We probably used the master set on your previous visits. We should have informed you at check in that we would need to use that key. The technician was looking for that key in your glove box. What we are a bit confused about is the lug nuts. The technician does not remember using lug nuts that were in your vehicle, but we understand that situation and we will replace the extra set. The one left on the floor of your vehicle was the key, most likely. Our Customer Experience Manager, Theresa, has emailed you to confirm your address so we can send you out the extra set.
