If I were to go by this visit no Hope you have a little while for this. First off I called to make my appointment it was made for 3 pm for January 14th. Half hour later I received an email stating they will be happy to see me for my appointment at 1:15 on January 15th so I called back to verify the gal that answered was the one that I placed my appointment with in the first place the first thing out of her mouth was yes you just spoke with me and I told you when your appointment was. Well Tuesday evening on the 14th I received a phone call that jim Butler was looking forward to helping me on the 15th. Ok so my car was in the shop Tuesday evening til Monday afternoon. I was not notified of anything going on with my car until I called and asked. So I reached jim butler and asked about the status of my car on Thursday they still had not gotten to it hopefully he said on Friday. I waited all day Friday no call so I waited to Monday called wanting to know the Status of my car. Had to leave a message for the mechanic attending to my vehicle. So I called and spoke with the customer care lady explaining all of the stuff I had been through she actually got back with me with answers before the mechanic guy did.
