In speaking with our appraisal team, I learned that your vehicle had parts falling off of it and there was an issue with the clutch. These concerns were not discussed when we initially spoke about buying your Jeep. We also have pictures of the condition of the vehicle for reference. You are reffering to a fog light, that mysteriously was falling out once it was looked at, never had fallen out before or had an issue with it. Even if so, its a very very small and easy fix.No where near a $4000 difference. There is no issue with the clutch on the vehicle, we cannot help that some people who may or may not work in service are incapable of driving a manual vehicle or misdiagnosing a clutch, happens all the time. No antics or anything else can be used to justify what was done. I have absolutely zero interest to speak with you on the phone about your unfortunate reasoning, nor do I have any interest to have anything positive to say about this place in the future, have the day you deserve.
