Well of course it was no charge to me its a brand new car with a warranty. If you did everything in your power i wouldnt of had to be towed back twice in ONE day. You would have taken my car in and looked at it before saying "we cant do anything because no codes are showing". Before sending me back out in a vehicle with transmission issues. The issue was the shifter cable which wouldn't throw codes anyways. What you could have done was at least look at it but you didnt therefor i stand by my reveiw. My mind will not change and if i ever buy another vehicle it will be one of your competitors i buy from. The best part about my experience was Bill Timmons. He did everything in his power to help and tried to help me through a difficult time. if you had a review for just the service employees I would give Bill 5 stars.

We understand your frustration, Mr. Voss. However, when your vehicle was brought in all of those times it was not actively presenting with any problems. We went against normal protocol to help you as best we could by taking your vehicle in even though it was not acting up for us at all, let alone how you described. It took us driving your vehicle multiple times throughout the day to get any problems to present. We truly did everything we could. Safe travels.
