Come to find out it was just my active grille shutters not opening and closing right so they replaced that, the harness and the shutters. More

AC service & oil change Brought my 2014 Acadia in to have the AC looked at & an oil change. Last had service in April, when Doug told me my oil was 'nasty' and needed to be Brought my 2014 Acadia in to have the AC looked at & an oil change. Last had service in April, when Doug told me my oil was 'nasty' and needed to be changed in sooner than regularly schedule. Also in April, ac was charged as it was not cooling as expected, nor blowing very hard. Called July 1 to make appointment, because now the air was not cold at all and the rear ac was blowing hot air. The first available appointment was Monday, July 11, which I scheduled. Greg was writer, as Doug was on the phone with warranty. Upon arrival, learned car needed an alignment, which just had in December when purchased 4 new tires, and added to the service. Greg checked my phone number to call back with info regarding the ac, as it was suspected it would be warranty and a rental car may be available. I called on Wednesday, July 10, as there had been no communication yet and I needed a car for a work related training on Thursday. My husband also called, but went to voicemail twice and he left messages. On Thursday, July 11, my husband called again, got voicemail. I called and was told to call back around 1030. When I spoke with Greg around 1230pm, he told me a part was needed for the ac and it would be completed by Friday. Additionally, Greg let me know that it was covered under warranty which could provide a rental car. As it was only 1 more day (and I had already attended the training), I declined. Greg let me know there was a nail in my tire and that it could be patched, which I approved. About 2 hours later, Greg called to let me know my car was finished & ready to go. I paid $300 ish for all the services; oil change, engine cleaning, alignment, and warranty deductible. The nail did not need to be patch, it was somewhere safe. Coincidently, while waiting for my car to brought around, another customer paying also had a nail in their tire, which was patched. They seemed surprised, but happy it was found & repaired. When my car was delivered the front seat was covered in oil, and I asked for a wipe to clean it. Instead, Greg had a porter take it and clean it for me. Overall, I am very happy with the service because my air is working! However, it was a bit frustrating to have to call to find out about the status, which is forgivable--we all get busy! More
