Customer service I purchased my car new from Jim Butler 2 years ago and have continued to have all service completed at the dealership. I have never had a bad experience, but I have to say Greg in the service department went above and beyond during my visit this week to be accommodating. I am 39 weeks pregnant and he quickly made sure I was inside out of the heat and seated comfortably to wait, thoroughly explained an extra repair needed and even got me out of the dealership on time for my next commitment for the day. He even recommended that I should delay one of the servicing options based on the info I provided him. The servicing was completed even more quickly than estimated. Jim Butler Chevrolet I went in with issues and other problems and they found a way to still be able to help me. I was scared at first and wasn't sure if they would help bu I went in with issues and other problems and they found a way to still be able to help me.
